Welcome to the Career Pathways section of our curriculum! First, host a team meeting and create a document or other product that demonstrates everything you have done in your program related to Career Pathways in the last two to three years. It can be creative! Maybe a cartoon? Next, look at the reading list below. For the entire section of CP, you will have discretion over which resources your team decides to read in order to support each assignment's focus. The focus of this assignment is to begin to think about how to share research and resources with your whole program. Come up with a plan as to how your staff and faculty will arrange, read and reflect on the resources you prioritize. Discuss this plan with your team, and write your plan down.
