Next, arrange for your team to have an adventure: walk to a coffee shop, visit a museum, go swimming together, take a hike, eat dinner together. During the adventure, explore ways that you can incorporate more project based and experiential learning into your program. Come up with one small project that you can implement either during the remainder of this year, or in fall. Take pictures on your outing. Then, with your team, talk about the use of blended learning, PBL, and experiential learning. Discuss the readings. Cycle back to week one assignment of making a PD plan for readings...how did it go? Finally, complete STEP SIX in your Action Plan.
